Cottage Contractors, Inc. is family-owned and operated, headquartered in Centennial, Colorado.  Cottage Contractors was founded in 1989 when Jim Reevie moved his young family to Colorado from Pennsylvania.  20+ years later, his two sons, Kirk & Greg, have joined him in the family business and share a passion for fine craftsmanship and the quality & integrity of their work.

Cottage Contractors was built on pure determination and good-ol-fashioned hard work and elbow grease.  The Reevies pride themselves on the relationships that they have built with their customers over the years.  As this is a family business, the sense of family extends to their customers and the way they do business.  We hope you'll become a member of the Cottage family!
